Invoice Validation Clerk with English language - part time

WHAT WILL
YOU DO
Responsible to validate Optical character from invoice in document validation tool, process invoices via special application, checking and fulfilling fields and documents are afterwards moved to SAP inbox, rejection of paper invoices from e-invoicing suppliers.
Major Document Validation responsibilities are execution of:
1. Process batches in Optical character recognition system
2. Classify documents in the system into Invoices, Credits Notes and Reminders
3. Validation of recognized fields on documents
4. Checking and fulfilling fields, check a good connection of the interface with SAP (documents sent into SAP)
5. Rejection of paper invoices from E-invoicing vendors
6. Good communication and collaboration with Invoice Processing Team, cooperation during effective solving of problem
7. Collaboration with IT support / Scanning room in order to solve technical problem
8. Participation on testing related to scanning tools and SAP
Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
