Telecom Analyst with English and German language

In our Telecom Expense Team your role will cover communication with telecom service providers in order to process received purchase orders and invoices for our international clients abroad. You can utilize your analytical talent in work with numbers with extensive use of MS Excel and other specialized tools to find important savings for them.

What will you do:
• Extensive use of database systems designed for telecom services management, invoice processing and reporting
• Order management - collect, review and submit telecom orders to supplier
• Invoice management - collect, validate and process telecom invoices
• Inventory management - maintain client’s inventory of mobiles, telecom circuits and services
• Dispute management – audit telecom invoices, discuss and resolve discrepancies with telco suppliers, propose optimization of the telecom services
• Participate on savings methodology creation, calculate and report savings
• Communicate with the telecom service providers, TEM tool provider and the client

• Strong analytical and investigative skills, ability to search for information in different sources and link them
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) - communication with suppliers and the team-members
• Should be proficient in communication in English and German

• Very positive relationship to the technologies and telecommunications (being able to grasp the telecom terminology fast)
• Experience with Excel (user)
