WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Contract negotiations with client partners (phone & written communication)
Per contract:
• Starting point: First letter
• Based on postal tracking: first contact, answer questions, schedule appointments, conduct negotiations
• Success case: Start contract creation, facilitate alignment regarding contractual details
• Loss case: end negotiation formally
• Timely ongoing negotiation/ indecisive/unsatisfied landlord: actively approach landlord, send follow-up letters/mails, calculate new offer(s), schedule and conduct personal visit1, send final offers and set deadline
• Create and maintain negotiation documentation
• Coordination & control of related process steps
• Project management between workstreams
• Data documentation in client systems
Commercial and Financial Responsibilities
• Direct revenue responsibility by negotiating new contracts
Client Customer Responsibilities
• Representing the client in this negotiations a service attitude is expected

• Communications network knowledge a plus

• Ability to work cross functionally and resolve conflict
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under tight deadlines
• Sales and/or negotiation experience is beneficial
• Contract and law experience is beneficial
• College Degree
• Excellent German in both Oral & Written
