Oracle eBS Specialist - Finance

Accenture Technology Solutions is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accenture that employs technology enthusiasts who focus on application development, systems administration work, and software maintenance providing practical programming and technology implementation for business.

• Provide support for the finance part within Oracle EBS 11i/R12
• Daily cooperate with customers, covering users in all EU regions
• Serve as a senior expert in Oracle EBS finance for customer
• Monitor ticketing tool and be compliant with pre-defines SLAs
• Manage on daily basis: incoming incidents, service requests and change requests
• Propose improvements to current processes and work on system stabilization
• During financial closure period provide on-call support
• Cooperate with other departments – Oracle EBS – SCM and other interfaces on tickets resolution
• Participate on daily reporting activities to senior management
• Rise and Escalate any possible risks and issues for the SCM EBS applications as needed
• Share knowledge and cooperate with other Oracle EBS departments across the world

• Technical and functional knowledge in EBS 11i/R12 Finance
• Experience with IT operational processes
• Well structured, pro-active person, action-oriented approach to problem solving
• Advanced communication skills (verbal & written, technical & interpersonal) in English
• Willingness to travel
