Junior Spend Manager with German language

• Build working relationships with stakeholders within client’s organization to deliver contract negotiations, eRFx and eAuction projects across multiple indirect spend sub-categories.
• Work collaboratively within a global Accenture team to coordinate activities, to deliver against objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to client stakeholders in order compliantly deliver projects within client specific processes and policies, from time to time this will require confidence to push back on client business stakeholders.
• Participate in client governance and reporting, presenting meaningful updates and issue/risk mitigation actions to senior client stakeholders
• Highlighting and mitigating issues and risks with regional Accenture sourcing leads.
• Proactive prioritization is essential when supporting multiple regions with demanding client stakeholders.

• A bachelor’s degree
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in procurement of various Indirect Spend categories.
• Ability to interface with customers at executive level, via strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and presentation software (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of sourcing project management process.
• Team player with initiative and a positive attitude.
• Experience working with Procurement teams, aligning technical requirements with commercial terms and conditions
• Sourcing/vendor selection experience
• Ability to effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal clients
• Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers
• Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
