Global Platform Applications Reporting Analyst

The Global Platform Applications Reporting Analyst is a quantitative thinker with proven experience developing crisp, actionable analytical solutions to complex business or functional problems.

The Global Platform Applications Reporting Analyst will work on the Accenture Insights Platform Team, which provides data visualization solutions to both internal Accenture Operations professionals and to our external customers. They will collaborate across a diverse group of customers, subject matter experts, technical developers & business analysts design, develop implement, & deliver applications, using Data Visualization tools such as Qlikview as their underlying technology.

This role will also play a key role in supporting our existing set of analytics tools. The Insights Analyst will provide an external face for the hundreds of existing users across all of Accenture’s operating geographies. Strong communication skills & process orientation are key success factors in ensuring that the Insights platform is being used by our customers as effectively as possible.

• Collaborates with a team of subject matter experts, technical developers & business analysts to develop functional requirements for development.
• Responsible for the development of analytics solutions to support internal and external customers
• Architects, plans and drives data integration needs.
• Design & drive usage of statistical methods in analytic content.
• Responsible for supporting the existing application set by diligently attending to questions and concerns raised by end users, including providing individual support and escalation of incidents as needed.

• 3 years working in a role with Business Intelligence and Reporting duties
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems using Data Visualization tools such as Qlikview
• Experience and comfort working and collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, improve, and think critically about existing business processes to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement.
• Experience & comfort in manipulating data and providing detailed analytical analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing, category management and procurement operations
