WHAT WILL
YOU DO
Plan, budget, execute and measure integrated marketing and communications activities in line with global toolkits and reflecting local specifics to position our master brand (Accenture) and sub-brands (Accenture Consulting; Accenture Strategy; Accenture Digital; Accenture Technology; Accenture Operations) as great place to work and desired employer brand for best talents.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
• Position Accenture on the labour market as an employer of choice within all target segments
• Define the strategy and the annual Recruitment Marketing (Employer Brand) plan, in cooperation with the Recruitment Lead, to achieve targets in employer brand recognition (% growth of awareness; knowledge; consideration) and generate inflow of qualified CVs
• Determine and implement action plan and tactics to execute the strategy and manage the annual budget
• Monitor the employer brand sentiment through surveys and suggest corrective actions

WHAT WE

• Degree in any of the following is a strong advantage: Marketing; Communications; PR
• Minimum of 4 years of MarComm experience (and tangible results) acquired preferably within a global corporation or professional services company (with matrix organizational environment)
• Proven track record in developing and implementing integrated MarComm campaigns using wide portfolio of online and offline channels
• Experience with Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing is a strong advantage
• Innovative leader who works autonomously and independently (i.e. end-to-end ownership of your agenda)
• Proactive self-starter who can work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Written and spoken English language skills
• Able to manage projects, budget and external vendors
• Effective communication/messaging skills
