WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Implementation and support of client capability strategy (e.g. Training, Talent, or Social Learning)
Perform the following tasks for a portion of the overall training strategy under the guidance of the client manager:
o Work with the client to identify business sponsors, champions, content managers, and other SME resources to partner with on training strategy initiatives.
o Support skill assessment efforts to identify current skill gaps and areas of expertise.
o Support learning needs analysis approach (interviews, workshop, etc.) for a target audience..
o Assist in analyzing and refining the performance requirements and learning priorities identified during the learning needs analysis phase.
o Develop training plans tailored to individual groups and roles within the client's organization.
o Architect the learning solution given the business requirements, client context, and budget limitations, with a focus on innovative and industry leading solutions.
o Apply best practices, leverage other capability groups within Accenture (i.e., Accenture Learning Delivery, Accenture Knowledge Management Services, Content Development, etc.), and utilize external solutions, as appropriate.
o Provide support for the measurement strategies for each client training solution.

Perform the following tasks for a portion of the overall talent strategy under the guidance of the client manager:
o Understand the client's broader Talent Management Strategy, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance & Progression, and Leadership Development.
o Work with the client to review existing competency models and/or design new ones. Align talent and learning initiatives/solutions to competency model frameworks to accelerate talent development.
o Work with the client to identify key HR sponsors and other SME resources to partner with on talent strategy initiatives.
o Leverage talent roadmaps, competency frameworks, HR operating models, and other relevant tools/processes to create an integrated solution for the client.
o Provide support for the measurement strategies for each component of the talent management solution.

Perform the following tasks for the social learning strategy under the guidance of the client manager:
o Define business requirements, priorities, and current client strategies for social learning.
o Work with the client to identify business sponsors, champions, content managers, and other SME resources to partner with on social learning initiatives.
o Architect a social learning solution given the business requirements, client context, and budget limitations, with a focus on innovative and industry leading solutions.
o Manage and serve as an advocate for all components of the social learning program, actively drive community activities and participation.
o Define measures for gauging success of the program against business priorities.
o Remain abreast of social learning tools and technologies that can be leveraged to support program initiatives.
o As requested/assigned, manage yearly estimating/planning process for client(s) and monthly transfers.
o As requested/assigned, manage an assigned portfolio of projects including staffing, resource management, financial management and stakeholder management.
o As requested/assigned, provide project leadership and guidance to more junior Catalysts assigned to same project(s).

Annual Planning Process
o Proactively understand the client’s business drivers, needs, and priorities.
o Provide support for the Annual Plan under the guidance of the client manager.
o Develop and manage programs (e.g., Training, Talent, Social Learning) in alignment with the client’s Annual Plan. .

Stakeholder Management
o Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including, but not limited to client managers, SMES, business sponsors, and support teams.
o Understand and balance each stakeholder’s objective keeping the end in mind.

Project Management
o Effectively manage projects and tasks by focusing on critical priorities and goals.
Communicate status and work with client manager to minimize risk.
