Sourcing execution analyst in Marketing with Spanish

WHAT WILL
YOU DO
The role will function as a member of various projects within the Marketing Practice Sourcing Team.
The specialist will independently manage supplier interactions and will work in coordination with other roles required including supporting with excel analysis and PowerPoint decks creation the Strategic Sourcing Marketing Team. Additionally, a direct interaction with the Client as requested and agreed with the Team, could be included in the activities.
Successful candidate is expected to:
• quickly demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• have excellent communication, multi-tasking and organisation/time management skills
• have experience building relationships with stakeholders or customers
• Solid understanding of and experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Expected to always meet targeted deliverables quality objectives
• Quickly builds rapport and credibility with external and internal parties such as customers, suppliers and project/Marketing team members at all levels
Technology Solution Expertise:
• Understands and is conversant in the features, functionality and applicability of the following technology: Ariba Sourcing, Radix, other eSourcing platform
Practice Development:
• Acts as a co-ordinator of the supplier relationship throughout sourcing project lifespan which includes, but is not limited to:
o Answering project questions and facilitating the answering process
o Proactively communicating project information to suppliers via phone, email and eSourcing Tool
o Confirming supplier understanding and participation in projects
o Training suppliers on Sourcing events eRfx, eAuctions
o Performing Event Day Execution to coordinate all operational activities and
communications during the eAuction
o Conducting post bid follow-up with suppliers including solicitation of cost breakdown data.
• Proactively communicates weekly supply base status to customers which includes, but is not limited to:
o Communicating the number of suppliers contacted versus responded
o Communicating incumbent conversations, questions and status
o Communicating the project lot coverage if applicable
o Communicating reasoning behind supply base attrition
o Communicating expectation of supplier participation and pricing on bid day
• Researches and develops knowledge in a certain industry or commodity
• Perform supplier research and identification with support of the team
• Demonstrates an excellent problem solving attitude
• Understands and complies with work instructions, process documents and technology tools
o Facilitates and/or performs quality checks for team members including, but not limited
to:
• Email reviews
• Meeting Minute Reviews
• RFI, RFP and Auction Reviews
o Performs building of all event types: RFI, RFP and Auction.
• Support Strategic Projects through initial Data Collection and Analysis until Opportunity identification and implementation
• Supports Tier 1 technical issues as necessary
• All other duties as assigned
Teamwork:
• Appropriately identifies and escalates client/supplier issues and blockages
• Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills within a project, customer or leadership team.
