WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Responsible for completion of straightforward, stand-alone tasks or high-volume transactions within detailed instructions and predefined procedures
• Responsibility for processing client claims to ensure that the KPIs related to these activities are achieved
• Claims processing: responsible to receive, log, process claims, manage stakeholders
• Communicating with the client and the suppliers concerning the processed items
• Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with non-standard issues/problems
• Cooperate with deal team and colleagues
• Performs regular standard tasks
• Carry out other duties as stipulated by supervisor
• Member of team (individuals within a team may operate)

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Fluent spoken and written level of English and German language
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills is essential
• Knowledge of SAP
• Good team player
• Responsibility and accuracy
• Flexibility, within defined parameters
• Previous accounting experience or experience with accounting systems are a plus
• Previous Front office experience is welcomed
