WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Extensive use of database systems designed for telecom services management, invoice processing and reporting
• Order management - collect, review and submit telecom orders to supplier
• Invoice management - collect, review and approve telecom invoices
• Inventory management - maintenance of the client’s inventory of telecom circuits and services
• Audit and optimization of the telecom services and dispute management
• Participate on savings methodology creating and calculate savings
• Communication with the telecom service providers, TEM tool provider and the client
• Monthly and/or ad-hoc reporting - prepare the telecom reports for client management

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Strong analytical and investigative skills, ability to search for information in different sources and link them
• Min. 0.5 year of relevant client delivery experience
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) - communication with suppliers and the team-members
• Should be proficient in communication in English
• Attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to cooperate within a team
• Proactive person, willingness to help other teams
• Good time management
• Very positive relationship to the technologies and telecommunications (being able to grasp the telecom terminology fast)
• Work with Excel (user)
