Accounting Operations with English and French - part time

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Responsible for completion of straightforward, stand-alone tasks or high-volume transactions within detailed instructions and predefined procedures, especially:
• Accounts Receivable (e.g. Release of orders according to predefined rules, Dunning proposals for the client, Customer Payment inquiries and account statements, Month-end activities), etc.
• Communicating with the client concerning the processed items
• Seeking advice from Supervisor or client when non-standard issues/problems occur
• Cooperating with colleagues in Delhi
• Performing regular standard tasks
• Solving problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures
• Cooperating on additional critical tasks under the direction of supervisor
• Member of team (individuals within a team may operate similar tasks)
• Working on normal daily hours according to BPO standards and/or DEAL specifications
• Performing skilled work requiring some functional training or job experience
• Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results

WHAT WE

• Advanced in English and in French language
• Good computer literacy MS Tools (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good team player

• Shares knowledge and experience with other members of team
• Able to acquire new skills in appropriate time scales
