WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Talent Supply Demand Practitioner for Technology Delivery Center supports People Advisors, Platform leads, Industry Leads, Project Delivery Leads and Industry service managers in demand/supply management process to ensure open roles are filled with the most suitable resources in time.

The Talent Supply Demand Practitioner will perform roles in the following areas:

Talent Fulfillment:
• Responsible for filling roles assigned to Technology DC and for getting people staffed
• Make scheduling decisions considering and balancing our scheduling principles and always reflecting our Core Values
• Represent and/or support individual people in the scheduling process by understanding their needs, preferences, skills, etc. and matching them to roles accordingly
• For roles assigned to their resource pools, start with the resources in own resource pool and when necessary considers all sourcing channels in filling roles (e.g. other resource pools, contractors, new joiners, etc.)
• Handle staffing requests from HR scheduling counterparts from other countries/entities
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all scheduling applications cross capability
• Actively participate on staffing meetings
• Own and continuously improve scheduling process and applications
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc staffing reports (attrition, job rotation, internal positions, overdue demand etc.)
• Update all personnel changes from initial request through approval and implementation (domain/platform transfers, location transfers, entity transfers, workforce transfers, other personnel transactions) in the systems.

WHAT WE

• Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintain data, as required.
• Help with the implementation of global and local people programs and initiatives
• Maintain attrition/retention statistics as well as headcount and exit data
• Process and support the integration of new joiners

In addition to the above mentioned responsibilities – Talent Supply Demand Practitioners aligned to the Center of Excellence will work to define standard processes, best practices, tools, training, and technology requirements

Requirements:
o Qualification: University degree, at min.1 year of relevant experience in HR or reporting

o Knowledge: Fluent English, proactive approach, good communication & coordination skills, excellent MS Office skills, advanced analytical thinking, data analysis skills, orientation to detail.

o Starting date: ASAP, unlimited contract
