WHAT WILL
YOU DO
• Contract creation in German language according to template and negotiation outcome
• Project management between workstreams
• Data documentation in client systems
Success case:
• Legal check (public documents as basis) as basis for contract creation
• Create contract initially, review internally and send to client for approval, ship contract to landlord
• Signing process: answer questions, mediate between landlord and client, finalize signing, collect contract, conduct legal check
• Create “final contract package” and initiate shipment to client
• Report case as finalized
Loss case:
• Report case
• Document loss reason/learnings
Client Customer Responsibilities
• Representing the client in this negotiations a service attitude is expected
Location Specific Responsibilities

Aptitudes (functional skills)
• Helpful and proactive manner is important
• Strong customer orientation
• Drives issues to resolution and good problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good administration skills
• Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization
