WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Job Summary:

Member of Total Rewards team. Participate in design and communication of total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the respective part of total rewards package ensuring they are relevant, competitive and affordable. Manage operational transactions as per the agreed norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Design, Building and Implementation of Total rewards processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy
• Plan and coordinate the timely processing of all operational transactions related to compensation and benefits according to agreed SLAs and statutory obligations
• Process operational transactions for the total rewards function depending on the functional alignment which include managing data, creating reports, executing recurring and one-time release processes, maintaining control log, audits, etc
• Help develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies (contributing requirements, ideas and resource)
• Propose enhancements to Total rewards systems, tools and processes, designing processes, procedures, systems requirements, reports, policies and other enabling tools necessary to effectively operationalize global processes
• Serve as subject matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of one or more HR processes and associated tools and maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons
• Execute responsibilities such as Market data collection, Market Intelligence, Analysis and target development and ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with compensation strategy and direction for the GU / country
• Monitor Accenture's compensation and pension programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and Work Council agreements in order to guarantee Accenture programs are fully integrated with statutory programs within each country

WHAT WE
EXPECT

Education: University degree

Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in HR or reporting/data analytics
Language: Advanced level of English


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Very good analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS office programs
• Understanding of the external marketplace/trends is an advantage
• Ability to solve problems independently and make recommendations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills – able to cooperate with all levels/team members
• Attention to detail
• Good knowledge of employment laws and legislation
• Good understanding of Accenture’s business objectives, organizational structure, policies and procedures is an advantage
