WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Responsibility for recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets
Screening applications, conducting face to face interviews with candidates, scheduling second interviews and managing contracts for candidates
Participation and preparation of recruiting and sourcing events and activities
Understand recruiting demand and skill profiles
Working with recruiting system accordingly recruiting needs and processes
Ensuring all paperwork related to candidates documentation and contracts is done and prepared for further use
Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policy and internal controls
Preparing statistics and reports based on requirements
Following recruiting process and propose improvements
Direct reports to recruiting lead
Team spirit contribution
Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations
Cooperation with internal clients

WHAT WE
EXPECT

Education: University degree (Bachelor)
Work Experience: up to 1 year relevant work experience at HR, Recruiting, technical/IT recruiting
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Communication skills (able to handle proactive “direct cold calls”)
Ability to search candidates on the internet (social media like LinkedIn, Xing etc)
Ability to search in databases
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office)
Good team player with interpersonal skills
Good understanding of English (written and spoken)
Must be able to pay attention to details
Good problem solver and good organizational skills

Other requirements:

Fluent level of English language - oral and written
up to 1 year of experience in HR/Recruiting
Presentable results from recruitment/sourcing/networking
