Sourcing Execution Associate with Italian

The Sourcing Execution Associate will manage multiple small contracts and/or large one-off purchases projects that enable our clients to purchase high quality products and services at market prices while maintaining marketplace rules and Accenture’s ethical standards. The Sourcing Execution Associate will manage buyer and supplier interactions, needs to demonstrate the ability to focus on driving projects which create maximum benefit for both buyers and suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities
• The Sourcing Execution Associate will be
o Responsible for timeline
o Accountable for structuring projects to meet customer goals and objectives
o Ensures that all reports and systems are accurate
o Responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics including, but not limited to quality, cycle-time and customer satisfaction
o Understands and complies with work instructions, process documents and technology tools
• Clearly articulates Accenture process and project milestones
• Demonstrates exceptional problem solving skills
• Leverages prior global supply management or commodity experience. Capable of quickly developing knowledge in other industries or commodities
• Demonstrates exceptional and consistent communication and interpersonal skills within a project, customer or leadership team
• Quickly builds rapport and credibility with customers by demonstrating strong project management skills
• Expected to always meet targeted quality objectives
• Holds ultimate responsibility for customer satisfaction on assigned projects
• Prepares and delivers analyses and presentations for customers to clearly convey expectations, risks, options, project plans, results, etc.

• Bachelors Degree/University Degree
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
• 1 year of sourcing or supply chain experience (specifically Sourcing, Contract management, or Supplier Management)

Preferred Experience
• 3 years of professional experience
• Project management experience
• Customer management experience
• Facilitation/meeting management
• Experience working in a multi-national environment and speaking multiple languages fluently

Preferred Knowledge
• Commodity specific knowledge
• Accenture product knowledge (specifically Sourcing)
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel (Formatting, Pivot tables, Formulas, Protection)
• Intermediate Outlook
• Secondary language (as necessary by region)
