WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Master data management processing (supplier, customer and material) and query resolution using concrete, deal specific applications, following master data procedures and all the steps related to these operations.
Master data management closely linked with Contract management, master data focus.

Main Accountabilities
Stand-alone tasks or high-volume transactions within detailed instructions and predefined procedures, especially:
• Master data management: responsible to receive, process MDM client requests, manage stakeholders and complete process following given principles
• Communicating with the client, internal teams and the suppliers concerning the processed items
• Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with non-standard issues/problems
• Solves problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures
• Support other deal teams, especially Contract management and accounts payable team
• Support knowledge exchange with deal team located in other location to secure high performance and quality delivered to the client
• Cooperation on additional critical tasks under the direction of supervisor
• Carry out other duties as stipulated by supervisor
• Manage master data issues and escalations
• Support other deal teams, especially Front office and Claims and contract management team as stipulated by the supervisor
• Project master data SME maintaining communication between deal global delivery locations

Dimensions
• Responsibility for processing master data and later on contract management requests to ensure that the KPIs related to these activities are achieved
• Interacts largely with own workgroup and local deal team, regular interaction with users from other country office
• Member of team (individuals within a team may operate similar tasks = applies for contract management)
• Working on normal daily hours according to BPO standards and/or DEAL specifications
• Performs skilled work requiring some functional training or job experience
• Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results
• Superior and consistent service delivery with contractual targets met

• Knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of any other European language
• Knowledge of SAP as an advanatage
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills are essential
• Good team player
• Responsibility and accuracy

• Shares knowledge and experience with other members of team
• Able to acquire new skills in appropriate time scales
• Basic working knowledge of one functional accounting area
• Sufficient familiarity with/exposure to a number of straightforward processes and standardized work routines to execute them
