Sourcing Data Analyst with German, or Italian, or Spanish, or French language

The Data Analyst handles the collection, analysis, and publication of data, drawings, statements of work, material specifications and design documents regarding assigned commodities and will function as a member of various project teams within Sourcing Operations. They will also coordinate with Project Managers, other Data Analysts, Supplier Managers and Category Managers when required and are expected to quickly demonstrate the ability to manage multiple, varying complexity projects across various commodities.

• Ensure technical completeness of project documentation and provide key inputs into the lotting structure for each project. Independently performs analysis, engineering and data management activities such as:

o Create and maintain Master Data File (MDF)
o Review and interpret drawings, statements of work, material specifications, bill of materials, or
part routings
o Develop RFx documents including lot summary and cost breakdown
o Develop supplier technical data packages (drawings & material specifications, when applicable)
o Completion of quality checklist and engineering document inspections
o Provide guidance on Data Management best practices to customers.
o Assist Supplier Managers with any technical questions from suppliers about the parts and
services in a project


• Demonstrate working knowledge of bid strategy, preferably spanning multiple commodities across indirect and direct materials and can apply lotting techniques including:

o Market baskets / shadow lotting
o Pre-bid pricing and analysis

• Facilitate and perform quality checks for team members including, but not limited to:

o Review RFQ( Request for Quotation)
o Review RFP (Request for Proposal)
o Review RFI (Request for Information)

• Fluent English and German, or Italian, or Spanish, or French lnaguage
• Understand and is conversant in the features, functionality and applicability of a Sourcing Platform (Ariba or Emproris preferred).
• Knowledge in the areas of either indirect spend (transportation, logistics, professional services) or direct spend (Metals, plastics, paper & packaging, electronics).

• Proficiency in Access is preferable.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronic or computer aided drafting is a plus
