Catalogue Content Specialist with German and English language

WHAT WILL
YOU DO
• Maintain e-catalogues for assigned commodities/ categories of products/ services.
• Periodically monitor e-catalogues and revise as needed.
• Perform administrative e-catalogues review (e.g. check and update terms and conditions, check that catalogue complies with Client standards).
• Analyze and report exceptions on e-catalogues terms and offer recommendations for improvements on catalogues.
• Liaise with supplier on catalogue set up / conduct connectivity and functionality tests (test buys)
• Assess options to increase catalogue coverage
• Provide guidance to client commodity managers / buyers on catalogue strategies (catalogue types; options to move free text items into catalogues)
• Help the R&F Team in any PO follow up regarding catalogue POs, investigate root cause and communicate to responsible catalogue owner
• Support Team Lead in daily execution, respond to questions of different agents in team (team of 3-5 people)

• Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting customers in person)
• Basic Procurement and analytical background.
• Microsoft Windows Standard Software (Windows, Word, PowerPoint) : Mandatory
• Excel skills – advanced (working with macros (not programming), filtering, pivot tables…)
• SAP SRM / MM: Preferred.
• Very good German and English skills
