WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Talent Enablement Manager will be part of an agile team that quickly mobilizes to bring deep Talent expertise to address complex, critical, and high-priority Talent needs identified by the business. The Talent Enablement Manager works with the Talent Enablement Senior Managers, Managing Directors, and other stakeholders to identify needs, architect and implement Learning and Talent Development solutions to meet critical talent needs.Specific areas of focus include:
o Mobilization: Enable new and emerging priority business areas
o Differentiation: Design services for niche priority audiences
o Surge: Provide temporary staff augmentation for critical CoE needs

Knowledge of and proficiency with local cultures and business practices of aligned Geographic area, and a demonstrated ability to build a network of local contacts is an important part of this role.

Overall responsibilities for the Enablement Manager include:
• DTE or GU stakeholder relationship management
• DTE or GU learning and talent development needs assessment
• DTE or GU learning and talent development strategy (formal learning, social learning, on-the-job learning)
• DTE learning and talent development solution planning to address unique business needs
• Program management
• DTE learning and talent development program-level measurement, evaluation, analytics

Typically, the Enablement Manager may be required to supervise one or more Enablement Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
Value Creator • Provide deep Talent expertise to address complex, critical, and high-priority Talent needs identified by the business.
• Provide consulting-like services for prioritized projects (by HR EXCO) that need to be quickly mobilized.
• Work with sponsors to identify needs, architect and implement solutions to meet critical talent needs
Business Operator • Independently manage assigned area of work, consulting and collaborating with Managing Directors, Senior Managers and/or Client teams to understand their talent development needs
• Collaborate with entity and content owners in CoE to synergistically design programs that meet the needs of the program sponsor and add value to Accenture.
• Develop and achieve quality metrics for each program, helping ensure that excellence is met, and that the program impact is evident on performance goals.

People Developer • As special projects conclude, transition deliverables and knowledge to either a deployment team or to the operating organization to run steady state model.
• Ensure teams are enabled to be successful.
• Guide as needed, Enablement Specialists on the Talent Enablement team.

Qualifications and Experience
Education Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, communications, or instructional design preferred.

o Demonstrated success in managing client (and other stakeholder) expectations and requests and managing complex Learning & Talent Development-related projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
o Deep knowledge of and proficiency with local culture and business practices of the identified client teams and/or GU’s, along with the demonstrated ability to build a network of local contacts to get things done

• Demonstrated ability to successfully apply instructional design principles to address complex, large scale business opportunity, including:
o Knowledge of/skills in capability assessment /needs assessment
o Aggregation of individual learning assets into a talent development program solution
