WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Working with business service delivery and supporting functions to
• support and maintain the agreed Business Continuity Management (BCM) program within the assigned operations locations
• act as a local subject matter expert for all BCM related activities
• manage risk in service delivery to an acceptable level
• increase the level of awareness of and compliance with policy and process related matters
• successfully complete various certification programs
• apply lessons learned from matters requiring interventions
• Manage the development of documentation for implementation of Business Continuity liaising with and supporting service delivery which includes:
o planning and execution of the exercising for the business continuity plans and update documents based on results
o ensuring that all documents and data within supporting tools are maintained and compliant to the published controls.
• Escalate/notify the Regional BCM Lead of any incidents or potential risks that could or have impacted service delivery and support the response of the location emergency /crisis processes and business continuity plans if activated
• Deliver training to business teams (where required) to ensure that all staff have relevant skills required to support BCM and risk and compliance activities
• Support business requests regarding Business Continuity Planning /Disaster Recovery Planning, risk, compliance and control (as required)
• Lead and coordinate preparation of service delivery for certification programs across contracts, such as SSAE16_ISAE3402 audit.
• Support service delivery in preparation for client or industry specific certification and compliance programs (i.e. SOX, HIPAA, MHRA, URAC, PCI)
• Implement and maintain risk self-assessment programs across service delivery, such as service delivery representation letter and contract compliance.
• Conduct reviews to assess the service delivery control environment and evaluate adherence to client identified contractual requirements, Accenture policies and standards.
• Monitor and provide assurance that the identified findings and actions are tracked to closure and report to leadership thereon.
• Facilitate sharing of learning from matters requiring interventions, such as incidents, initiate process improvements and updates to policies and standards.
• Liaise with other Accenture risk management functions, such as Internal Audit, Global Assets Protection, Information Security Organization and Quality Assurance to ensure the risk management process is efficient and effective.
• Provide status reporting against agreed work plans to timescales
