Procurement Solutions Support

• Provides level 1 support and administration to end users on Radix and MSPS related issues and questions.
• Provides feedback, suggestions and new ideas to Product Leads on new capabilities and improvement areas.
• Works with the Account Management and Sourcing & Category Management teams to set up and maintain rules, users and Radix system settings.
• Provides training and documentation on the Radix Platform and MSPS.
• Has a strong working relationship with Sourcing and Category Management Leadership and team members.
• Train new joiners on Radix products and MSPS as needed.
• Triage Radix related issues and questions with the IT Production support team.
• Act as a liaison with the IT Production support for Radix issues.
• Manage user and client admin process for Radix users.
• Resolve and troubleshoot end user issues and questions related to Radix and MSPS.
• Facilitate and support the new client enablement and roll outs.
• Conduct ad hoc process and data analysis, as needed.
• Proactively provide suggestions and areas of improvement for the Radix platform.
• Create and maintain the MSPS server data (work plans, resource information) and procedures.
• Microsoft office project server

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Procurement space with broad knowledge across Sourcing, Category Management and Procurement Operations
• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or supply chain field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Project Professional
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design and improve business processes
• Working knowledge of sourcing and category management processes and offerings
• Strong project planning and management skills
• Good listening skills and an ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues with stakeholders of varying levels
• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
• Fluent English
