WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing all administration around the ongoing operation of employee related programs and processes relevant to business needs. This includes Payroll processes, reporting and ad-hoc requests. HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for payroll data agenda and resolution of all relevant issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll Processes
• Internal controls
• Reporting
• Benefits administration support
• Financial Processes
• Employment related administration
• Ad hoc Projects and Activities

Process and Operations Support
• Prepare payroll data for external provider on monthly basis
• Communication channel for the payroll provider and internal customers
• Complete all payroll related internal controls within agreed timelines
• Complete annual processes such as
o Annual Health insurance reconciliation
o Annual Tax reconciliation
•Monitor law changes relevant to payroll, social insurance and health insurance agenda and propose action if needed
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all the administrative processes
• Support the resolution of specific payroll-related, policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries of designates workgroups
• Salary adjustments administration.
• Complete all administrative tasks around the operational support of designated workforces/workgroups.
• Support HR Representatives in HR operations related issues
• Support continuous improvement efforts.
• Complete all administrative tasks around the development and implementation efforts of people programs.

WHAT WE
EXPECT

Education: University degree
Work Experience: 1+ year strong relevant experience in HR
Language: Advanced level of English


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:


• Understanding of the external marketplace/trends
• Good knowledge of employment laws and legislation
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft application (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills – able to cooperate with all levels/team members
• Good organizational skills
• Flexibility and teaming skills
• Attention to detail
• Good follow-up skills
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Ability to solve independently solve problems and make recommendations
