WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Enablement Lead is an experienced sourcing and procurement professional with strong process orientation and excellent relationship building skills. The Enablement Lead is responsible for providing local support for the EU region across Core Platform technologies and Analytics products, including Radix, BCOS and Insights Applications.

The Enablement Lead
• Aids in setting strategic direction, product definition, roadmap prioritization and development plan for the Radix and BCOS Platforms.
• Works with Global Product Leads to incorporate EU requirements into Radix, BCOS and Analytic products.
• Acts as a focal point for EU based Platform Liaison community.
• Provides local support and administration to local EU resources across the Radix and BCOS platforms.
• Provides training to local EU resources.
• Works closely with PBPO functional leaders and end users in the EU region to understand emerging needs and areas for improvement across all products.
• Implements new developments and processes to the local EU user base, leveraging Global Enablement training resources as needed.
• Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives, strategies and approaches.

This role will be part of the Global Enablement team who are responsible for designing best in class processes and technology solutions to scale and automate operations across our PBPO offering. The team has a broad set of responsibilities that spans geographies, Practices, clients and functional areas to develop, train and maintain market leading technologies and processes that are leveraged by internal and external stakeholder base.

Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Serve as the EU region’s proxy and decision point to represent stakeholders for developments and communications.
• Act as an EU domain expert across Core products.
• Train new joiners on Core products.
• Manage user and client admin process for EU region.
• Resolve and troubleshoot end user issues and questions related to Core Products.
• Liaise with end users and Analytics Product leads to resolve issues related to Insights applications.
• Facilitate and support the new client enablement in the region.
• Communicate with the EU user base on a regular basis to provide and obtain feedback on progress of implementation of the Platform roadmap.
• Conduct ad hoc process and data analysis, as needed
• Proactively provide suggestions and areas of improvement for all Platform technologies.

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Procurement space with broad knowledge across Sourcing, Category Management and Procurement Operations
• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or supply chain field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design and improve business processes
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing, category management and procurement operations
• Strong project planning and management skills
• Solid communication skills and presence - ability to shape and deliver succinct, structured and client relevant communications to business or IT leaders on Platform strategies and approaches including implications to business, recommendations and proposed actions with a strong focus on the value creation opportunity for our clients.
• Good listening skills and an ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues with stakeholders of varying levels
• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
