Procurement agent with English (late shift)

The Procurement agent has responsibility for the end-to-end contractor recruitment cycle in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers and acting as the point of contact for all issues arising from the client, agencies & all new vacancies.

Operational Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the spot buying process for Indirect Procurement category clusters:
• Professional Services
• Travel and entertainment
• Facility and Buildings
• Marketing & Communication
• Capital
• IT

o Manage specifications, using the category cards, for the provision of specific goods or services in line with the business. To strive for best value for money options, through execution of a standardized spot buying processes, use of appropriate spot buy tools and negotiations
o Accountable for maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture-Client(s) relationship and to deliver continuous improvement

o Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / client on a regular basis), also to leverage the Accenture internal network of category experts where required
o Procurement knowledge in categories mentioned above
o Ability to understand processes and analyze spot buy data
o Ability to negotiate with suppliers Technical Skills
o Good IT procurement skills, PC (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
o Other Spot buy tools essential.
