WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Providing legal support in various legal areas, including procurement, data privacy and anti-corruption compliance
• Drafting/review of legal documentation relating to business and internal processes from the perspective of company’s policies and legal regulations
• Reviewing, amending and approving contracts with suppliers
• Supporting local, regional, and global projects as required

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• University degree in Turkish law or significant working experience with the Turkish legal order
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a lawyer in a corporate environment or at a law firm providing services to businesses
• Advanced experience in review and negotiation of commercial contracts
• Experience with business law, procurement law and compliance welcomed
• Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English and Turkish is mandatory
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good understanding of the business environment
• Responsible, self-organized, with attention to detail
