Quality Check agent (float shift)

The Quality check agent has responsibility for the end-to-end contractor recruitment cycle in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers and acting as the point of contact for all issues arising from the client, agencies & all new vacancies.

• Quality check Purchase requisitions in the area of procurement services
• Resolve any PR related quality issues with the agents
• Provide consistent support to the supervisor in quality management activities
• Initiate follow-up with the agents
• Escalate quality issues as required to the Supervisor
• Recommend updates to procedures and user guide to the supervisor
• Escalate any disputes
• Strong understanding of the SLAs and processes
• Test reports and use problem solving skills to determine problems’ root cause and suggest solutions with agents
• Strong understanding of Export control compliance
• Strong understanding of Microsoft access • Generate periodic quality reports with accuracy to identify process gaps.
• Daily checks of outstanding PR/PO
• Weekly check of POs awaiting approval
• Monthly quality check of all created POs in the actual month
• Attending country calls with preparation of overview of open items and discussion points
• Responsible for Category Cards update process
• Answering procedural questions and explaining new processes to the team members
• Adjustment of desktop procedure’s and updating the change control tracker
