WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Supplier Services Lead plays a key role in the Service Transition Projects focusing in determining the strategy for enabling suppliers and eProcurement catalogues, directly liaising with Clients and driving successful services implementations within his/her area of expertise.

This role involves leading the Supplier Services activities of throughout the implementation of eInvoicing, eProcurement and/or Portal applications for Accenture Clients. The focus of Supplier Services lead will be on:

• Effectively manage internal / external client relationships within own area of responsibility and build client relationships in the wider client environment
• Communicate and train key suppliers on the eInvoicing, vendor portal and ecatalogue processes
• Communicating the Client prerequisites for electronic invoicing and ensuring suppliers also understands the importance of it
• Lead conference calls with suppliers to define and coordinate the timeline and tasks to enable suppliers. Identify, research, report and complete tasks or issues related to implementation
• Work with customer stakeholders, and Accenture representatives to define invoicing requirements that may be required process change
• Provide status reports and log issues with suppliers to client
• Meet the Service Level Agreements given
• Maintain high quality of implemented services
• Analysis of client spend and vendor details data and recommending buying channels, data segmentation approach to support supplier and e-catalogue enablement plans
• Good understanding of Supplier Enablement and eCatalog Enablement activities and the technology component related to these services
• Defining e-catalogue and supplier on-boarding strategy and agreeing strategy and with the Client and/or other stakeholders
• Creating supplier on-boarding and e-catalogue enablement pipeline and driving the supplier adoption
• Supporting the Project Change Management activities by providing relevant inputs when required. In the absence of a Change Management Lead from Project, act as one
• Documenting the future processes for the services transitioned
• Creating training material for Accenture end-users and Suppliers
• Preparing and conducting knowledge transfer activities to the Accenture Operations/Run teams to ensure a smooth service transition

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• At least 4 yrs experience in either a delivery and/or support role in a lead role
• 4 years outsourcing or shared services experience
• Good business understanding of the Supplier and Catalog processes
• Excellent presence, interpersonal skills able to present in front of the client
• Very good written and spoken English
• Nice to have (not required): any additional language
• Solid attention to detail to detect/correct errors
• Very strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Good business acumen and industry acumen
• Knowledge of Ariba products and Vendor Portals is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel when required (sporadically)
