WHAT WILL
YOU DO

This role will lead the Supplier Services program (Vendor Management, Catalog Management, Contract Management, eInvoicing Support) at a regional/geographic level. They Collaborate with internal/external clients to deliver strategic aspects of procurement operations, assigned to single or multiple client accounts and manage highly complex situations

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-sales support
• Act as subject matter expert in Supplier Enablement, Catalog Enablement, Contract Management and eInvoicing
• Establish project governance and materials
• Manage project plan
• Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform buying channel analysis
• Lead supplier analysis efforts (establish wave, ramp plan)
• Provide guidance to client for supplier communication plan
• Lead initial wave 1 supplier/catalog enablement efforts from strategic client facing perspective
• Prepare materials for CoE to ensure understanding of scope, approach, processes and client specific requirements.
• Facilitate or manage interactions with the following:
o Accenture Operations Account Leadership - ensure contractual/SLA obligations are met
o Technology - design, test, catalog setup
o CoE - establish operational excellence
o CoE - develop continuous improvement
Travel is 40-80% depending on client demand
