WHAT WILL
YOU DO
Account Payables Supervisor with role to manage Account Payables Team focused on Invoice processing and deliver daily responsibilities according to agreed processes with the client.
The objective of this role is managing a team that is dealing with different sub processes of the AP process (posting, investigation, rejection, pre-check of invoices, handling of claims, direct debits etc.) in line with client´s requirements. The role requires collaboration with the client as well as cooperation with other teams at Accenture (BSS CSD, IT, Reporting team) and providing client with weekly feedbacks. The Supervisor should provide the feedback and support the team with issue solving, accounting questions and process related questions.

• Strong attention to detail
• Good Computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Fluent English and German languages – written, spoken, listening and reading
Nice to have:
• SAP R/3, PRT, Ariba - advantage
• Good understanding of Procure to Pay processes and technology
• Good understanding of Accounting / Financial Management
