Contractor Exchange Specialist with Dutch language

WHAT WILL
YOU DO
• Maintaining close relationships with clients and agencies in order to understand requirements & provide on-boarding solutions
• Validate and approve submitted requisitions
• Organise interviews for and with Hiring Managers
• Create, validate and approve new work orders in the client ordering tool. Manage and complete extensions/terminations to contractors in the relevant manner
• Manage “targeted work order” contractor requisitions in accordance with GU category management strategy, liaising with Contractor Exchange Lead or GU Category Manager
• Perform supplier management activities ensuring that the client benefits from continuous improvement from their supply agreements. Resolve performance issues associated with supplier agreements
• Ensure effective customer and supplier relationships and serves as initial escalation point for issue resolution. Perform training (online) in client ordering tool to suppliers or internal users.
• Support the Contractor Exchange Lead with general organizational activities as requested
• Provide high quality procurement service to the client ensuring that contractual and SLA obligations are met for work within scope of role, Report on activities, opportunities and results within category
• Ensure all requests are actioned on a daily basis, liaising with the Contractor Exchange Helpdesk where appropriate, ensuring the issue is resolved and communicated in the agreed manner
• Identify process improvements, cost savings and initiatives, document and raise with line manager for approval, then complete relevant actions/project

WHAT WE

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch, English
• Good organizational skills
• Experienced in procurement/HR terms and conditions (advantage)
