Legal Professional with German legal skills

• Providing legal support in various legal areas, including procurement, data privacy and anti-corruption
• Drafting/review of legal documentation relating to business and internal processes from the perspective of company’s policies and legal regulations
• Providing assistance with company’s processes relating to compliance
• Reviewing, amending and approving contracts with suppliers
• Supporting local, regional, and global projects as required

• Masters degree in law –Slovak, German or Austrian law
• Experience, studies or knowledge of the German/Austrian legal order is needed
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts on purchase of goods and services needed
• Working knowledge of legal regulations pertaining to Data Privacy and Compliance in Germany/Europe is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English and German is mandatory
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a lawyer in a corporate environment or at a law firm providing services to businesses
• Strong communication skills
•Good understanding of the business environment
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Responsible, self-organized, with attention to detail
