WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Operational Responsibilities

● Quickly builds rapport and credibility with customers and team members by demonstrating strong data management skills
● Prepares and delivers analyses and presentations for customers to clearly convey missing data etc.
● Ariba Solution Experience: Understands and is conversant in the features, functionality and applicability of Ariba Sourcing, and GSO Tools
● Completion of document inspections and quality checklists
● The ability to read and interpret the data.
● Professional presentation experience
● Responsibility for management reporting, such as:
  • Dashboards for the client (For all service components the report shows the volumes received, processed, and in which status (received, in progress, completed), at the date of report – e.g. total requisitions received, rejected requisitions etc.)
  • Business Case Parameter Tracker (Overview about key parameters of the business case with comparison of plan and actuals (in total and per country – e.g. number of requisitions, invoices, POs, catalogue POs etc.)
  • Country Service Management Status (Showing how Accenture is performing against agreed Performance Indicators and Service Levels, these will be available via BPO Navigator)
  • Change Request Status (Showing the pipeline of change requests and their progress through the agreed Change Request process)
  • Customer Satisfaction Report (Report summarizes the customer satisfaction survey.)
  • P2P Reports (Ariba standard reports, without customization or enhancements, will be enabled and made available to Client users based upon a combination of realm/PU/role requirements.)
  • Adhoc reporting

Aptitudes (functional skills)

● Experience with analyzing and organizing complex data sets into logical summaries
● Experience with creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers

● Procurement and analytical background – nice to have
● Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes – nice to have

Technical Skills

● Good PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP (Ariba) or other e Requisitioning tools essential.

Other Expectations

● Very good written and spoken English skills
● 2-3 years general business experience
● Procurement or finance background – nice to have
