WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Act as a Procurement operations associate
• Receive & analyze vendor response
• Create and process client’s Purchase Orders based on The client’s policies
• Communication with Clients suppliers
• Resolve invoicing issues
• Investigate and diagnose the invoice mismatch reason
• Support Goods receipt process where necessary
• Provide high quality helpdesk services to the Client

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Fluent written and spoken German skills and good written and spoken English skills
• Drives issues to resolution and good problem-solving skills
• Helpful and proactive manner, with a client service orientation
• Procurement and analytical background.
• Good interpersonal and administration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
• SAP skills are an advantage
• Good PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Procurement and analytical background is an advantage
