Supplier and Content Enablement Lead (evening shift)

Lead the Supplier and content enablement team (15 people or more)
Ensure adherence to the service level agreement / KPIs
Report performance / Participate in performance reviews with Client and Accenture Management
Work with Client to identify catalogs in scope
Work with Client to define Buying Channel Analysis for each in-scope category
Work with Technology to provide input on processes and provide guidance during design sessions
Drive Catalog Adoption
Lead the initial Catalog Enablement efforts, through post go-live stabilization
Oversee operational activities during Wave 1 implementation
Lead the change effort (communication and training) required as part of the initial set up
Handoff Catalog Enablement efforts and materials as post Go-Live stabilization Support continuous improvement efforts

Aptitudes (functional skills)

Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
Procurement and analytical background.

Technical Skills

Good IT procurement skills. PC (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP (SAP/Oracle) or other eRequisitioning tools essential.

Other Expectations

Very good written and spoken English skills
Additional EU Language is beneficial - Willingness to work from 2 pm till 11 pm (evening shift)
