WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Works closely with the manager of the project providing & developing leadership and direction to all team members
• Directs supervision of day-to-day activities of professional and clerical staff providing accounting services for the client's business with emphasis on accurate and timely recording of transactions with adherence to service contract.
• Participates in the Intercompany reconciliations and provides the status reporting to the client and Accenture management
• Works with all stakeholders to identify internal & external risks associated with reporting processing and implements the process controls, backups, people and system changes to mitigate identified risk
• Looks for the way how to improve the client and Accenture business, and motivates the team to bring the services to the operational excellence

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• German – fluent; English – fluent;
• 3-5 years accounting experience
• People management experience
• Very good Excel and reporting skills - analytical thinking
• Knowledge of SAP - advantage
• Good time management and communication skills
