Contract Management Professional with English and Turkish language

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Providing legal support in various legal areas, including procurement and anti-corruption compliance
• Drafting/review of legal documentation relating to business and internal processes from the perspective of company’s policies and legal regulations
• Reviewing, amending and approving contracts with suppliers
• Supporting local, regional, and global projects as required

WHAT WE
EXPECT

•University degree in law, preferably in Turkish law, or other with part of studies completed in a Turkish law faculty; or working experience with the Turkish legal order
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a lawyer in a corporate environment or at a law firm providing services to businesses
• Understanding basic contracting principles
• Experience with business law, procurement law and compliance welcomed
• Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English and Turkish is mandatory
• Advanced using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
