WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Spot Buy &Tactical Buy responsibilities

• The person will be responsible for spot & tactical buying process – supplier selection, negotiation with suppliers, research and identification of possible vendors, reporting lost savings etc.

Customer Service & Master Data Management responsibilities

• The person will be responsible for Customer Service - providing first line support for all users regarding sourcing enquiries within the applied application to achieve SLA targets and maintain the appropriate control environment. Acting as a second line support for the processing team based on Customer Service Lead instruction and giving guidance and support to users on correct invoicing.
• The person will be also responsible for Master Data Management - communication with vendors, assessing the vendor requests, maintaining vendor information by following the client procedures and controls.

WHAT WE
EXPECT

•experience in procurement related function of middle sized or large organization with posting environment e.g. Administrator or processor, or Customer Service or Call Centre background would be helpful
•Preferably graduate with a demonstrable track record of commercial international experience in buying goods and commodities
• Very good written and spoken French and English skills
•Additional EU Language is beneficial
• Good IT procurement skills. PC (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP (SAP) or other eRequisitioning tools essential.
•In general role will not involve travel. Might require travelling for a knowledge transfer, dates TBD.
• Non-Standard working hours within EU: e.g. 8:30AM – 5:30PM CET
