WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Development Coordinator offers services to individuals in specific workforce/s by providing just-in-time customized learning solutions. This includes conducting needs analyses as required, creating learning solutions and delivering learning events. In delivering these services, the Development Coordinator will champion and leverage the capabilities of the company’s online learning tool: myLearning. The Trainings and Development Coordinator provides in-direct support to one customer in a client group and/or one entity/function.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Solutions:

• Participate on Learning Solutions by evaluating incoming requests
• Participation on analyzing incoming requests to determine which phases of the training development lifecycle are required. Some projects will require more than one phase.
• Participate on conducting needs analyses to identify the audience characteristics, skills and knowledge gaps, and learning requirements.

Delivery
• Support the delivery of successful learning events by coordinating logistics, faculty and all details as required. This includes the following types of learning events:
o Customized training
o L&PD courses
o Ad-hoc training
o Global courses, customized to meet specific requirements
o Responsible for Induction Trainings for new joiners
o Reporting on agreed basis and ad hoc reporting
• Responsible for special Development projects (e.g. internal language courses, etc.)

Knowledge Enablement:
• Provide access to and education on enabling tools.
• Serve as the Knowledge Champion for a particular service offering, such as training coordination/delivery or vendor management.

Vendor Management:
• Conduct Vendor Registrations (Ariba) – all transactions including registration, confirmation with employee, mylearning enrollment, billing administration and managing the cancellation process where applicable.

myLearning Instruction
• Provide customers with instruction on mylearning and its functionality, including direction to information regarding local/central course status and logistics.

Customer Service:
• Respond to general questions related to Learning Services such as self-study material, general training policies, and standard charge codes.

WHAT WE
EXPECT

Education: University degree

Work Experience: 1+ strong relevant HR experience

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Job Specific Competencies – Technical
• Technical systems knowledge – myLearning, Microsoft Applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.

Job Specific Competencies – Functional
• Knowledge of HR core concepts
• Knowledge of HR core processes, procedures and policies
• Knowledge of basic company financial concepts, practices and administration
• Previous experience with needs analysis, capability development projects
