WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Provide administrative support to the Leadership (Cluster Lead, Service Delivery Lead)
• Prepare inputs for regular meetings (e.g. monthly reviews, meetings with Accenture Leadership, Clients),
o Gather inputs from all involved parties and ensure finalization of presentations used during the meetings,
o Prepare meeting minutes from regular meetings and ensure follow up

Manage deal reporting optimization.
• Work with deal reporting teams to optimize current regular reporting (operational reporting including OE reports – Daily Dashboards, 3x3).

Represent OE & Innovation Support for the Cluster.
• Support implementation of OM tools in individual deals, ensure regular review and drive their update (in line with OM assessment process, 30/60/90 plan).
• Drive Gen4 implementation - prepare action plan, organize meetings, follow- up on deadlines and actions.
• Support Success Story Creation and manage upload to Innovation DB. Support calculation of improvement/ innovation benefits & prepare message for OADM / client discussion.
• Prepare inputs for Innovation Tracker, as well as for CTS Tracker.
• Organize and run Innovation workshops with teams to identify improvement / innovation opportunities.
• Help to create/maintain deal Visual Management (compile presentation for VM LCD, propose VM content improvements).
• Review / challenge OE tools and documentation.
• Support OE start-up on new deals

Support to SDL regarding Deal budget management
• Prepare all necessary inputs and calculations.
• Responsible for billing activities (collection of inputs regarding change requests from operations, their preparation and submit to billing team)


When needed ensure Project Management activities (in case separate project need to be delivered within a cluster, deals in the cluster)
• Prepare project plan
• Drive project plan implementation (follow - up on deadlines/reminding, organize meetings, prepare MM, maintain issue & risk log, ensure reporting).

Provide Audit Support – complete Representation letter, ISO Audit Support

Respond to ad hoc requests (requests from global teams, capability network, leadership,…)

Deliver HR related reports.

• Detail oriented and analytical thinking
• Able to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of Operational Excellence practices – advantage
• Experience with management and operational reporting – advantage
• Procurement background is advantage

Technical Skills

• Excellent MS Windows - Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills

Other Expectations

• Very good written and spoken English, German skills

Experience
• Minimum years of total experience: 4 years
• Minimum years of relevant experience in profession: 2 years
