WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Creation/Update of Supplier/Customer Relationship Surveys based on predefined requirements
• Preparation/Update of score cards based on predefined key performance indicators for different commodities (Workplace, HR, Learning & Development, Contractors)
• Cooperation with category managers in Netherlands
• Internet research and Supplier profile preparation
• Spend analysis preparation using internal reporting channels
• Backup for the contractor exchange agent
• Continuous tracking and documentation of client user requests
• Monthly preparation of reporting data
• Create and maintain any (electronic and paper) required documentation templates
• Assist Accenture delivery lead

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch/at least advanced level of English
• Experienced in customer service and operating tools
• Solid knowledge Microsoft Office application
• Customer-friendly and oriented
• Independent in problem solving
• Organizational, analytical and team-working skills
