Responsibilities

We are looking for a very important person to join our Team, whose role should be mainly:

- time management and administrative support for top management of the company,
- control of meeting the deadlines and fulfillment of tasks,
- organization of meetings and preparation of meeting minutes,
- administrative support within the office management,
- communication with partners, clients, state bodies, suppliers and colleagues from other branches regarding open issues,
- responsibility for contracts evidence

- very good organizational skills,
