Accace currently has an exciting opportunity in the Operations Team, where you would play an important role by structuring the cooperation with potential Customers since initial proposal preparation till day-to-day operations for Customers present in more countries.

In your position as Key Account Manager, your main objective shall be to participate in the process of global proposals preparation and identifying various areas of cooperation with current Customers and Leads. In return, we will provide you with trainings, development opportunities and the chance to work in a varied and challenging role.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- organizing and supervising global proposals and documentation for tenders,
- gathering business intelligence on customers and leads,
- engaging with potential Customers and actively participate in meetings and negotiations,
- proposing and supervising best practices for implementation and day-to-day operations in cooperation with experts in our company,
- taking care of approval of the final solution and successful implementation and start up of the cooperation with the Customers,
- managing whole team of people working on single projects in various countries in order to provide best service to Customers,
- taking care of project effectiveness and continuous thinking on how to improve service delivery and enhance cooperation with Customers,
- communication with top management, presenting results of cooperation, solving potential issues and active identification of new potential areas for further cooperation,
- following the financial effectiveness of the project,
- regular preparation of data for invoicing and control of invoicing towards the client.

Personality requirements and skills

- Bachelor’s degree with economical specialization,
- at least three years of experience in sales and/or key account management on a similar position with finance or economical background,
- excellent written and oral communication skills,
- solid understanding of business environment,
- effective time management skills and ability of to work on multiple projects,
- strong attention to details,
- previous work for international company is an advantage,
- advanced language skills of English,
- knowledge of other language (preferably German) is an advantage,
- advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint),
- very good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a multinational environment,
- willingness to travel.
