Job description, responsibilities and duties

- preparation of legal documentation in all areas of law,
- representing clients in negotiations, courts and other state bodies,
- providing comprehensive legal services to clients,
- preparation of opinions, statements, reports and other documents as required,
- preparation and revision of different types of contracts,
- other tasks upon requests

Personality requirements and skills

- University education attained with law specialization,
- excellent knowledge of commercial, civil and labour law,
- at least four years of experience in a similar position in an international company,
- language skills in English at expert level, knowledge of other language (preferably German) is an advantage,
- successfully completed bar exam,
- knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) at advanced level

Personal characteristics as follows:
- very good communication, presentation and organizational skills,
- ability to manage projects and client's needs independently and professionally,
- ability to work proactively and precisely,
- ability to prioritize tasks
