Job description, responsibilities and duties

abba Bratislava hotel **** is looking for a full time receptionist.
Duties and responsibilities :
- check-in & check-out
- reservations
- handling phone calls
- handling guests´queries
- process cash / credit card payments
- other daily agenda according internal procedures
Working in 8h shifts (morning 06:00-14:00, afternoon 14:00-22:00, night 22:00-06:00).
English language knowledge is a must.
Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage.

Skills	Language skills: Slovak - advanced and English - advanced Computer skills - user: Microsoft Outlook - advanced Microsoft Excel - basic Microsoft Word - basic Internet (e-mail, www) - advanced
Required experience	The position is suitable for a fresh graduate: Yes
Personality requirements and skills	High level of flexibility is required. Receptionist is expected to work to also during weekends and public holidays.
