Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will be part of dynamic multinational project team and you will create detailed documentation of the HR processes to be shifted from the CEE countries to the GBS HR centers.
We need your help in transforming HR in ABB into a leaner, faster and more agile customer-focused organization.
Your Project output will be: creation of Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP) and supporting documents
Duration of the project: 2 weeks of preparation, 8 weeks of onsite travel followed-up by 2 weeks wrap-up remotely
Location and Travel requirements – Knowledge Capture takes place onsite in various European countries, flexibility of travel is required
Training – we will train you during your first 2 weeks of preparation (business process mapping training, methodologies and KC approach, Harmony systems training, moderator skills, quality parameters and measures)
You will be working in the team with senior document experts, transition teams and local SMEs
As a Knowledge Capture Document Expert, your key tasks and responsibilities will be to
• Facilitate client-facing knowledge capture and review workshops
• Effectively manage the relationship with ABB SMEs and manage all steps in the KC process in line with the Wipro / ABB KC methodology
• Create high-quality HR SOPs
• Learn, understand and document processes in Base)))Harmony
• Interrogate quality of processes and analyze FMEA, CTQ, SLAs, Compliance (internal / external)
• Respond to internal feedback from Quality and Functional Leads in a timely manner
• Provide daily status updates and report on risks and issues
• Capture process improvement ideas for the respective service lines
• Work closely with the Functional Leads, the Quality Leads and the other Document Experts in order to ensure consistency in terms of terminology and quality and to share best practice
• Bring your ideas and add value to the process documentation by your HR expertis
