Job description, responsibilities and duties

YOUR MAIN DUTIES
- Manage Corona stocks within the distribution network of the German market and ensure the inflow of Corona from Mexico/KTN to Germany
- Coordination the finished goods flows and empties flows of Corona within GSA 1st tier network (between Corona warehouse, the German Breweries and distribution centers)in an effective and optimal way taking into account the cost impact, stock availability and customer requirements (internal and external), without jeopardizing service level
- Single point of contact for all Corona topics (supervision of the process before and within peaks, execution of orders and follow up on actual status with involved ABI parties and external customers)
- Stock management - right finished goods/empties are available at the right location in the 1st tier network at the right moment
- Escalates unsolved issues to the right business SPOC
- Analysis of stock age for finished goods inventories, identifies risks and liaises with business SPOCs to alleviate the risk
- Follow up Service level performance
- Support to structural improvements (PDCA & Risk Management follow-up) & projects, SLA, KPI and Excellence Program dashboard tracking support
- Reacts on demands and questions and solves issues from the business

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and
German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Your Work Experience
- Logistics/supply chain roles (stock management, planning, scheduling) is a need
- Experience from FMCG environment

Your Language Skills
- Fluent or native German & English knowledge in order to be able to communicate with internal and external parties

Your Education Level / Technical Skills
- Education level: Graduate degree
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP / System minded
