Job description, responsibilities and duties

This role primarily acts as HR Business Partner by providing an effective and professional HR service and delivering operational HR advice to (line) managers across the business, providing the full range of general Human Resources services and activities.
• Recruitment process (selections of CVs, communication with candidates,...)
• Support and develop recruitment campaigns
• Preparation of education plan
• Provide, preparation and implementation external training employees
• Application and update internal personal rules and practices
• Work closely with HR colleagues to develop, monitor, review and update all policies and procedures in line with legislation, terms and conditions of service and best practice
• Creation and implementation of HR processes in the company in the field of motivation and care about the employees
• Preparation and evaluation of employees
• Actively contribute to the efficient running of the HR department with (ad hoc) assignments where necessary and pro-actively work on HR initiatives;
• Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and employee management/development;
• Updating manual and computerized personnel record systems and provide reports and analysis of information when required;
• Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements;
• Management specific project
Any other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time that is reasonable and commensurate with this role;

• A minimum of four years professional experience in an HR advisor/HR professional role in an international environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Key experience of working with and advising line managers;
• Team orientated and results focused;
• First class administrative skills (personnel administration, HR metrics);
• Practically minded: able to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
• Strong in managing conflicts and able to negotiate;
• Organizational sensitivity;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Service-oriented and pro-active attitude;
• Ability to work under preasure and to deadlines
