International Research Company Scheduling Worldwide by 4Service Holdings GmbH is looking for Mystery Shopper - Auditor.
Are you treated badly as a customer? Participate as a Mystery Shopper and evaluate the service in your city to make it better!
Algorithm: staff salary depends of mystery assessments and, as a result - future service level in the specific point of sale.
Projects: luxury brand evaluations, retail shops, airports, restaurants, car dealerships, gas stations, hotels, cosmetics.
Activity: Freelance type of job. Communications by the phone and by e-mail are required.
Mystery Shopper - Auditor works on a part-time basis on a flexible schedule during free time.
You can make both - mystery visits and professional audits. It depends from the task you choose.
Permissions: not required.
Payment: 10 - 45 EUR per one visit / one hour, depends on the scenario you choose. Plus - travel expenses and additional costs are covering additionally (only in case of previous agreements with your personal coordinator).
Time: usually it takes up to 1 hour totally to make a visit (up to 15-30 minutes) and to fill up the survey on the site (up to 20-30 minutes). If you spend time for travelling - this is up to additional recharges that you agree before the visit.

Special requirements:

• minimum 18 years old;
• minimum 5Mp resolution camera;
• good memory
• thorough, observant and objective attitude;
• responsible and disciplined person that can be relied upon;
• good eye for details;
• English - intermediate.
